UP Scholarship Online

The UP Scholarship aims to encourage students to pursue higher education and reduce the financial burden on their families.

The UP Scholarship Scheme 2023 registration process is expected to begin in July or August 2023. The application process is entirely online, and students can apply through the official website of the UP Scholarship Scheme. To register for the scholarship, the candidate must follow the steps mentioned below:

5. Submit the application form and take a printout of the same for future reference.

UP Scholarship Registration

To be eligible for the UP Scholarship Scheme, students must fulfill certain eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria vary depending on the type of scholarship. The eligibility criteria for each type of scholarship is described below:

1. Pre-matric Scholarship: The student must be studying in class 9 or 10 in a recognized school. The annual income of the student’s family should not exceed INR 1 lakh.
2. Post-matric Scholarship: The student must be studying in class 11, 12, or any other course after 12th, such as ITI, Diploma, Graduation, or Post-Graduation. The annual income of the student’s family should not exceed INR 2 lakhs.

2. The student must be studying in a Government of UP Recognized school or college.
3. The annual income of the student’s family should not exceed INR 2 lakhs.

UP Scholarship Renewal

Renewal applications for the UP Scholarship Scheme are also invited every year. These applications are for students who have already received the scholarship in the previous year and want to renew it for the current academic year. To be eligible for the scholarship renewal, the student must fulfill the following criteria:

1. The student must have received the scholarship in the previous year.
2. The student must have passed the previous year’s examination.
3. The student must have a good attendance record.

UP Scholarship Last Date

The last date for the student registration process for the year 2023-24 was ended. The students who already registered can check their status by login into the official website. For fresh registrations, the students have to regularly visit the official website. 

UP Scholarship Online Status

Once the application process is completed, students can check their scholarship status on the official website. Students can check their scholarship status by following the steps mentioned below:

1. Visit the Official Website
2. Go to the “Student” tab and select the type of scholarship you have applied for.
3. Enter your registration number, date of birth, and other necessary details.
4. Go to the “Submit” button.
5. Your scholarship status will be displayed on the screen.

Correction Date of UP Scholarship

The students can make corrections in their application to rectify any errors and edit the application within the stipulated date. The student has to follow the official UP Scholarship website regularly, to have the latest updates. The steps in the correction process are given below:

Step 1: Scholarship and Fee Reimbursement Online System

1. Visit the official UP Scholarship Portal
2. Go to “Student” and select Post metric login (either intermediate fresh/renewal or other than intermediate fresh/renewal).
3. The student has to log in by using the registration number, date of birth, password or verification code
4. Enter the captcha shown on the screen

Step 2: Start Editing the application, make the corrections

1. Check the scrutiny result displayed on the screen
2. Go to the “Modify application after initial test”
3. The student will be redirected to the application correction page
4. The student can edit the application, make the required corrections, and then submit the corrected online application again

Step 3: Submitting The Corrected Application To The Institution

1. Once the corrections have been made, the student has to take a print of the application form for future reference and college submission.
2. The student has to submit a hard copy, of the corrected application to the respective institutions/College.
